Lesson 10

What's Next?
Congratulations, you have reached the final lesson of the course, my deep respect to you!

If you continue the practice, you will radiate very good energy. When we continue to practice regularly, deep transformations take place within. We improve our energy and the quality of our thoughts, learning to detach from negative impulses and create positive states of mind. This has a huge impact on our entire surroundings. This is the way that we can build a very good world, a very good society.

Meditation elevates the mind, freeing it from tensions and generating good feelings from within. However, until the habit of positive thinking becomes firmly rooted, mind's positive energy tends to gradually decrease again during the day. Try to keep the mind always on uplifted, and to have inspiration, inner strength, be free from complexes and cultivate a sense of inner joy and the magic of life.

HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS?
1) Practice meditation twice a day, without compromise, even if it is a short meditation for five minutes.

In the morning – when you meditate, you touch the deep inner consciousness and charge your energy for the day ahead.

In the evening – you renew yourself, purifying the mind of accumulated stress and tension so you can bring a favorable energy into your home to share with your loved ones.

2) A new good practice:
micro-meditation in everyday life.

Any action, any decision, any thought colors your mind. Therefore, from time to time, to reboot yourself, and return to a balanced state: close your eyes for a few seconds and repeat the mantra. You don't have to close your eyes. But fill the mind with the idea of unity, the idea that your deepest source is joy. And return to this state of love and joy throughout the day. Playing kiirtan in the background while you work, drive or relax can be another way to achieve this.

Cultivate the idea that,
everything that surrounds you is a manifestation of the Supreme truth "Baba Nam Kevalam" and, remembering this, interact with the world around you. This is called spirituality in everyday life.
